For Perfect Application:

1. Exfoliate. Use a washcloth to exfoliate the skin prior to application, this is the most important step. Scrub really well around the elbows, feet, and ankles.

2. Dry the skin completely. 

3. Apply foam in sections. Start with your legs, move to your trunk, then chest, finally the arms. Use circular motions to blend.

 4. Give your skin time to dry completely, wear dark and loose clothing.

5. Shower 4-6 hours after application - do not scrub! Only rinse.

6. Apply sunscreen and/or moisturizer everyday.
