Return Policy 

In order to return items at Boujee Boutique, items must meet the criteria below AND the refund must be made within FIVE days of receiving the item (s).

You will be given STORE CREDIT if the item has met all of the requirements for return. ALL customers will be given store credit whenever making a return. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.


AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Item is:

-unworn
-unwashed
-unaltered
-stain free (makeup and deodorant included)
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke
-not final sale
-within the date ranges specified in the return policy

If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return.

RETURN POLICY

ALL Refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT that will be applied to your account. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit.

*FINAL SALE* All sales on sale/clearance are final sale. All $15.99 and under items are final sale. All sales are also final on the following items: DOORBUSTERS, leggings, undergarments, and hats. We will be enforcing final sale items.

DEFECTIVE ITEM If you have received a defective item, please contact us at boujeeboutiques02@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will take care of you!
