Return Policy 

We hope that you love all your purchases from Boujee Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. All Flash Sales, Last Chance items are Final Sale.

If you return a final sale item, we will notify you the return has been rejected.

Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition with that tags attached to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

All TIKTOK returns must be processed on TIKTOK SHOPS

Returns received by shipping carrier back to us after the 14 days will be charged a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

 

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Item is:

-unworn
-unwashed
-unaltered
-stain free (makeup and deodorant included)
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke
-not final sale/not on sale/not on any promotional pricing
-within the date ranges specified in the return policy

If you answered YES to all of these, you may be eligible for a return.

Return Instructions

You must complete the return form found in our Return Request portal before mailing back your items. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly folded and in the clear poly bag it was shipped in to protect the item. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a declined return. 

Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the boutique using the carrier of their choice.

We do not provide shipping labels.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@boujeeboutiques.com and forward photos of any damages. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

 *Please Note: Boujee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We send an email to you once the product is shipped and include a tracking number. All missing packages must be handled through the carrier in which they were shipped to you. We fill each order and then it is handed over to the responsible party which is to deliver the product to the address you provided.
