Return Policy 

In order to return items at Boujee Boutique, items must meet the criteria below AND the return must be made within TEN days of receiving the item (s).

You will be given STORE CREDIT which will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card if the item has met all of the requirements for return. 

Please take note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when any product is returned to us.

The original packing slip must be included to identify the product being returned, customer and order number. 


AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Item is:

-unworn
-unwashed
-unaltered
-stain free (makeup and deodorant included)
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke
-not final sale
-within the date ranges specified in the return policy

Any Shoes returned must be unworn and mailed back in a box other than the shoe box or we will mail them back to you. The box must be wrapped in a poly bag or exterior box.

If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return.

RETURN POLICY

ALL Refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT in the form of a digital gift card that will be applied to your account and emailed to you.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit.

*FINAL SALE* All sales (product reduced from original price) on sale/clearance are final sale. This also means no EXCHANGES on sale/clearance items. 

All sales are also final on the following items: DOORBUSTERS, leggings, undergarments, and hats. We will be enforcing final sale items and ship them back to you after sending you a return label invoice for the cost to ship.

DEFECTIVE ITEM If you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@boujeeboutiques.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will take care of you!

*Please Note: Boujee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We send an email to you once the product is shipped and include a tracking number. All missing packages must be handled through the carrier in which they were shipped to you. We fill each order and then it is handed over to the responsible party which is to deliver the product to the address you provided.
